To arrange a return or exchange, please contact our support team and we will provide instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty, in which case shipping costs will be refunded once item is recived and examined by our team.
You have 7 days from the date of delivery.
Yes. Exchanges are welcome within the 7 day period, provided the item is in perfect condition.(Please note that we cannot cover, or insure shipments made to us, and this will be done so at your own risk.)

Yes. We provide free professional cleaning for products purchased from our store. You may bring your piece to our offices or ship it to us (at your expense and we will clean it for you and make it feel new again.
